My Telefónica bill is still too high.
This is our customers' biggest complaint. Cut it to the bare minimum by making Vicom your default operator. Think of VicomDirect as the "safety net" that will catch all of those calls that would otherwise be billed by Telefonica at their exorbitant rates.

How will this save me money every month?
Enjoy our low 1051 rates even when someone doesn't dial our prefix.

Will this limit my freedom to use other companies for certain calls?
Not at all! Just dial their prefix at any time (Telefonica's is 1077). Any special rate "Plans" you may have contracted with Telefonica are still available if you want to keep them.

What about local calls?
VicomDirect can include all calls or only long distance calls. We recommend including all calls due to our elimination of the minimum charge of 2 minutes and 40 seconds on local calls.

Let Vicom handle all of the paperwork and pay all of the charges associated with the preselection process.
